We bring the full studio experience straight to your campus: professional lighting, backdrops, and gear, all set up and ready to roll. But here's what sets us apart — we shoot straight to screen, so athletes get to see their shots the second they're captured. That instant reveal creates real buzz on-site, turning a routine photo session into an experience your team will be talking about.

And the work doesn't stop when we pack up the equipment. Every single image gets professionally edited and polished to give it that wow factor — the kind of quality that makes athletes proud to share it. With full print rights included, your school owns every image, ready to use wherever you need it — team pages, social media, banners, or print. This is Media Day, elevated.

Our Packages

1. Media Day (Individual & Team Portraits)

  • Classic headshots: tight crop, team-color backdrop, equipment on and off versions

  • Full-body action poses:

  • Team & position group photos: full roster, then the starting lineup

  • Senior spotlight portraits: individual sessions with more time per athlete — these double as banner source images

  • Second media days exist for makeups, underclassmen who missed day one, and grabbing updated shots if a jersey number or look changes

2. Game Coverage — 2-3 games

  • Pre-game: warmups, team huddle, national anthem, starting lineup intros

  • Action sequences:

  • Reaction shots: the emotion, high-fives, coach instruction, bench celebrations

  • Wide establishing shots: full stadium/field context, scoreboard, crowd — useful for recap posts and video B-roll

3. Video Content

  • Hype/intro reel: player walkouts, warmup montage set to music

  • Senior tribute videos: highlight clips + portrait stills per senior

  • Behind-the-scenes

4. Social Media Content

  • Game day announcement graphics: matchup card with opponent, time, location, templated for consistency

  • Starting lineup graphics

  • Post-game content

5. Senior Banners

  • Individual senior portrait (vertical crop, banner-ready resolution) shot against team-branded backdrop

  • Include jersey number, name, and graduation year overlay space

  • Shoot both a serious/competitive pose and a smiling/personality pose so the family/program can choose

6. Extras Worth Bundling

  • Coach & staff portraits — often forgotten, needed for programs/media guides

  • Parent/booster club thank-you content — sponsor logo shots on outfield fencing for social recognition posts
